I have to be online all the time?!
You don't have to be logged into our system all the time, even we aren't =) Zopim integrates with most instant messengers to notify you whenever there is a chat request. You don't even have to be online. For a small fee, notifications can be sent to your mobile phone via SMSes.
How do I deploy this?
Simply sign up with us on our front page. We'll give you one line of code to paste into your existing HTML and voila, thats it.
Why is Zopim free?
Because we're nice. And also because we want as many people to use our product as possible while we're still at the stage of refining our product.
