Check to see if your IP is in the Banned Visitors list
If Whitelist Domain is enabled, whitelist v2.zopim.com
Try refreshing the page

The above changes will take a while to take effect.

Simulate a visitor

Click on the chat widget to start simulation.

Type a message in the widget text box and press 'enter'.

Voila! Keep this window open and return to the Dashboard to chat with this visitor.

Click the chat widget, type a message, and press Enter to start chatting.
