What features does the Trial package have?

The Trial package has all features enabled, and you can create as many agents as you require.

What happens after the 14-day free Trial?

If you choose not to upgrade during the Trial, you will be automatically downgraded to the free Lite package. Features and additional agents that are not available in this package will be disabled. If you choose to upgrade later, the disabled features and agents can be re-enabled again.

Is the Lite package really free?

Yes. Live Chat is one of the best way to grow a fledgling business, and one of our missions is to make Live Chat available to everyone. The feature set for the Lite package is limited. For example, only one active conversation is permitted at any time. Still, we have taken care to ensure that the Lite package is a very attractive and affordable option for startups.
